The government of Canada has produced some guidance for small-medium enterprises which is a) quite good and b) surprisingly readable. As a one-stop digest for some of the big standards, it's a big step up from those standards in that accessibility.

It's called Get Cyber Safe, available on the web and in handy PDF format.
